2007-04-06 [Delirious_Angel]: As an explosion rips through a skyscraper, supposedly an investment firm, police scramble to the scene barricading the vicinity and evacuating people from the area, as SWAT vans and APC's roll up to provide additional support. Three black cars roll out as they disappear within the streets of NY.

They know who set this up, and you know what i do to failures. . ." Ark lifting hiscoat took out a .357 Desert Eagle and pointed at the now cowering man and shot him twice, once in the chest and once in the head, he then put his gun away and gave the hand gesture of tossing him away, as two men in suits grabbed him and dragged him away.

(Docks, Burningdawn Territory)Gunfire rang out as Burningdawn members and a small time local gang light each other up. Of course the syndicate prevails due to having more weapons then local gangs, they hurried up and stashed the goods in the limo and began their trek back to Hq to deliver Kyo his cargo.

We going to do a silent raid. Give me the location" Man gives Aruko location. "Alright im going to go ahead you send my backup." Aruko jumps in his car and drives off.

2007-04-10 [Toxic Vendetta]: Driving down the darkened highway, the silence in the black jaguar was broken by a crackling voice coming over the radio.
"Kurama, we need you and Kaiya at the abandoned factory on fifth. We have word that something is transpiring there....get there asap and report back to me when you get there,"
Kurama smirked at Kaiya as she rolled her eyes. He chuckled, pulled a sharp u-turn infront of oncoming traffic, "Change of plans, babe,"

Kyo and four of his guys await near their limo for the Triads to show. As they are all armed to the teeth with M-4's and Ak's as Kyo seemed to be unarmed.

2007-04-10 [Toxic Vendetta]: Kurama pulled the jaguar, lights off, into an alleyway next to the building, killing the engine. He turned to Kaiya. "Okay...I'm not going in there with you. The boss said to see if you could do this on your own. Simply infultrate, listen, and report back to us. Call me when you're out of there."
"You two act like I'm a child. I'm a big girl, I can take care of myself." Kaiya got out of the car, placing a knife in her thigh sheath and making sure her .45 was in her hip holster.
"Kaiya," Kaiya bent down to look at her friend. "Be careful."
"You be careful." With that, she shut the door and silently climbed up the fire escape in the alley, landing silently in a dark, empty office.

2007-04-10 [FallenRain]: Aruko and his troops are hidden within the warehouse. Waiting for ppl to enter. Radio crackles "Sir, we have someone on the roof" Aruko frowns "Shit, mebbe it doesn't know just wait."

2007-04-10 [Toxic Vendetta]: Pulling her .45 out of her holster, Kaiya looks around in the dark room for a place to....she smirks as she sees a ventilation duct above her. Placing her gun in her holster, Kaiya hoists herself up and climbs in. The duct was just large enough for her to crouch in, so she pulls her gun back out and makes her way silently down the duct.

Kyo, waiting for the Triad leader to show up, lits a cig and talks small chatter amongst his guys.

"Think its a set up boss?" On of his lackies remarked. 

"If it is its too late to go back now."

2007-04-10 [FallenRain]: Aruko gets a hand signal from one of his men. Another limo is pulling up. Aruko signals back get ready to attack.

2007-04-10 [Delirious_Angel]: After an few minutes another limo pulls up and the "Triad leader" steps out with six of his posse. All armed to the teeth.

"Ah, i see you still cannot make it on time to our little dealings."

The fake Triad mob boss replied with calm and ease, "You have troubled me for the last time, Kyo, I am tired of you messing up our operations."

As tensions rise Kyo looked at them and then laughed.

2007-04-10 [FallenRain]: Aruko gives the signal. All his men open fire.

2007-04-10 [Delirious_Angel]: Ark dived behind his armor limo and pulled out dual colt .45's as his men return fire, two out of the four cut down by the first volley. The Triad members also returning fire were far luckier only one out of the six went down.

"What the fuck is this!!!!!" As Ark yelled over to the Triads as they gave him the same surprised look. "Fuck man FUCK!!!" Taking pop shots up at the enemy Ark was looking for an escape route as he reloaded his weapons.

2007-04-10 [;;Melodrama Junkie]: As Kayu got off the plane in New York she walked as few metres from the airport before hearing screams and smirked before taking her now dead mark's car and driving away.

2007-04-10 [Delirious_Angel]: An explosion occurs next to Aruko throwing him against a wall as it was used for a deterrenace as Kyo, hides amongs the many metal box crates and shipping equipment.

2007-04-10 [Toxic Vendetta]: Kaiya moves silently through the hallways and reached a side window. She peers out it and curses softly to see that all the action had moved outside. Go through all that trouble to get inside and they go outside.... Careful to stay in the shadows, Kaiya hoisted herself out of the window.

Her golden .45 lie against her side and her dark eyes glow with the moonlight as she listens to the conversation.

2007-04-11 [Toxic Vendetta]: ((Gah, you guys were in a room the whole time? >.< XD))Kaiya spots a female across the street. Sliding off the fire escape, Kaiya inches toward the corner, her gun against her chest and her leather clad thumb switching the safety off.
She closes her eyes and stiffles a cough that began to rise in her throat as the smoke began to fill her lungs. She blinked and pushed herself away from the wall, feeling her way around with her boot to find her way out of the smoke.

She muffles it with her leather glove, then, having enough of the damned smoke, runs through it, finally jumping through a window, the shattered glass piercing her skin. Landing in a crouch outside the window, Kaiya looks around before running out of the alley and into an adjacent one, pulling out her cell phone to call Kurama.
"Yyyyello?"
"Kurama, I'm done. Get your ass over here...oh and bring towels if you want to keep blood from getting on your leather seats," With that Kaiya dropped her phone, leaning against the wall in exhaustion. Looking down, Kaiya's head swims as she focuses on the stream of blood falling down her leg. She had sliced through her femoral artery coming through that window.

2007-04-11 [FallenRain]: Aruko pulls out a radio "Sir, he got away in a truck i was unable to get the license plate." Aruko describes the truck. Operator "Well get right on that." Aruko puts up his radio and begins to walk towards Burger King.

"I'm a big girl, I can handle this. Thanks, though, babe." Turning, she sashayed to the man and crouched down in front of him, placing leather tipped fingers beneath his chin so that his widened eyes met her own. She spoke slowly, her red lips ennunciating as if speaking to a child.
"You know what I do to men who treat their women like punching bags?" She stood to her full height, then brought the heel of her boot down on the man's groin, lightly at first. "I make it so that they can never get a woman again," She brought her heel all the way down, smirking at his highpitched screams. Turning, she helped the battered woman to her feet. "You should get home, hon. The streets aren't safe this time of night."

2007-04-14 [Delirious_Angel]: Kyo gets up noticing Aruko and pulls out his .45 and aims it at him as three shots ring out and bullets hit Arukos car. kyo then takes cover behind a dumpster and fires more rounds towards his way.

2007-04-14 [Toxic Vendetta]: Kaiya ducks instinctively and pushes the screaming woman up against the wall, turning to look over her shoulder to see who the hell was shooting her way. Pulling the petrified woman with her, Kaiya dove out of the alley, behind a parked car on the road.

2007-04-14 [FallenRain]: Aruko drives behind his car "What the hell......"Aruko slowly peeks up from the window to find who the shooter is.

2007-04-14 [Toxic Vendetta]: Kaiya growls softly to herself, turning back to the woman. "You need to get out of here before the shooting starts up again." Before the woman can run away, Kaiya grabs her arm and says, "If you ever get back with that bastard, I will beat you myself, hon, okay? Take care," The woman nodded her thanks, and ran off. Kaiya turned back to the road, drawing her weapon. "The hell..."

2007-04-14 [FallenRain]: Aruko pulls out his tmp and cocks it ready. He pulls out his goggles and turns to infrared. He looks around and spots the heats signature and a person and a gun.

2007-04-14 [Delirious_Angel]: Kyo returning from his car, retrieving some heavy weapon, he locks it onto Arukos car and a loud "swoosh" is heard as a rocket goes into the side of Aruko's car erupting into flames as the blast knocks Aruko back and Kaiya. Kyo then drops his rocket launcher and begans walking towards them with his .45 drawn at the low and ready.

2007-04-14 [FallenRain]: "WHAT WAS THAT" Aruko shakes off the blast and rolls to a dumpster. The fire from the car messing with his goggles. Now he waits and listens. He hears the foot steps getting closer and closer. When they enter the alley Aruko rolls out and unloads his tmp.

2007-04-14 [Toxic Vendetta]: Kaiya bites her lip as she's thrown against the wall of the building behind her. Getting up, she aims her gun at the approaching man. "You're shooting at the wrong woman, hot shot. I'm not with him," She narrows her eyes at him slightly.

2007-04-14 [Delirious_Angel]: Kyo dived behind another car as he began to unload his .45 at him.

"He's a fucking cop!!!!!"

2007-04-14 [FallenRain]: Aruko pulls out his radio and requests backup. He pulls out a grenade and tosses it over it explodes throwing thousands of rubber balls everywhere. After the explosion, Aruko hops over the dumpster, then jumps over the car and proceeds to cqb Kyo.

2007-04-14 [Delirious_Angel]: Kyo got up and fired shots at the oncoming Aruko.

2007-04-14 [Toxic Vendetta]: Kaiya shoots warning shots at both of them, then aims towards Aruko. "I don't want to have to shoot at either of you, but i dont want to BE SHOT AT either!!"

2007-04-14 [Delirious_Angel]: Kyo pointed his gun at Aruko then pulled another .45 and pointed it towards Kaiya.

"I dont think thats a wise decision young lady."

2007-04-14 [Toxic Vendetta]: Kaiya held her gun steady, her eyes narrowing dazngerously, her red hair falling infront of said eyes. "Just like it isn't wise to shoot at someone who has done nothing to warrant such violence? Lower your weapon and I will happily leave," Her eyes shine from behind her bangs.

2007-04-14 [FallenRain]: Aruko grabs Kyo's gun whilst he is talking to the lady and grabs his arm and slams him into the wall.

2007-04-14 [Delirious_Angel]: Kyo gets slammed into the wall as he slams the heel of his foot into the wall a blade comes out and Kyo does a kick to Aruko's side.

2007-04-14 [Toxic Vendetta]: Kaiya blinks at the two men, shaking her head. "Boys will be boys," Waving an unnoticed leather clad hand to the both of them, spun on her heel, and continued on down the street.

2007-04-14 [FallenRain]: Aruko gets stabbed in his side. The armor did soften the blow but it still penetrated. Aruko pulls out a knife of his own and stabbes Kyo in the leg.

2007-04-14 [Delirious_Angel]: Kyo brought his gun out and unloaded a whole clip into Aruko's chest as he staggered back his leg bleeding, he bagan his walk back to his vehicle.

"Damn you. . ."

2007-04-14 [FallenRain]: Aruko takes all the shots to the chest and falls back to the wall his armor preventing any serious damage. "Shit that hurt..." Aruko starts to chase him and tackles Kyo. Aruko is bleeding all over Kyo. " Im not letting you get away this time."

2007-04-14 [Delirious_Angel]: Kyo pistol whipped Aruko across his face. "The hell im going to prison."

2007-04-14 [FallenRain]: Just then Aruko's backup arrives "Heh, you are going to prison." Aruko passes out. Swat men "Get on the ground hands behind your head." Seven swat guys all pointing m4s at Kyo.

2007-04-14 [Delirious_Angel]: Kyo just stood there thinking of his sister and his empire and then prison. "Fucking bastard...." Kyo kicks Aruko in the face with his other foot and then gets on the ground.

2007-04-14 [FallenRain]: One of the Swat guys calls for an ambulance and another cuffs Kyo searchs him for all hi weapons and removes them. They take him to the swat van and haul him off to prison.

2007-04-14 [Toxic Vendetta]: Kaiya watches from a building across the street, her dark eyes following everything.

2007-04-19 [Toxic Vendetta]: (Later that evening) Kaiya smirked as she walked into the prison building, the "borrowed" blue policewoman garb contrasting sharply with her red hair. Beneath the formfitting blue outfit, she wore her black leather bodysuit. Kaiya walked to the man she knew to be the warden and leaned against the desk at which he sat. She flipped her hair behind her shoulder, hating the ridiculousness of the move, but loving the effect it immediately had on the middle-aged man.
"Can I help you, officer?"
"Yes, warden, you can," She purred, sitting back in the chair across from him and crossing her legs. "I was sent by the up-state department of criminal psychiatric studies, and we have a warrant from the state to apprehend one..." She feigned looking at a forged warrant on her lap, even though the action was unnecessary. She already knew the man's name.
"Kyo Masaki." She lowered the paper and smiled silkily at the warden, who immediately stood.
"O-of course, young lady. Right this way."
Kaiya smirked to herself as she stood slowly, following the warden to the cell of her latest assignment.

2007-04-20 [Delirious_Angel]: Kyo in his cell awaited his trial he knew that his lawyers will get him out, all that was needed, was his one phone call he never got yet.

2007-04-20 [Toxic Vendetta]: Kaiya stopped the warden with a hand on his shoulder once they got to the long hallway in which Kyo's cell was. She leaned in close to whisper in his ear, "I'll take it from here, Warden. You should go relax, you're so tense," She smirked as she pulled the keys from his proffered hand, eyes glinting as she felt the shudder run through him. She watched as he walked away before turning to walk down to hallway, making sure the clacking of her high heels could be heard so as to announce her presence. Once she got to the cell, she shifted her weight to one hip, one hand resting on the hip and the other twirling the keys around the finger. She smirked, tilting her head.
"So we meet again,"

2007-04-21 [Delirious_Angel]: Kyo with a surprised look on his face, "Your that one lady with that no good cop. Well its nice to meet you never got your name?" Kyo looking at the keys, and knowing that his sister doesnt know he is in jail yet he smiled. "Names Kyo, so your just gonna stand there looking pretty or are you gonna let me out?"

2007-04-21 [Toxic Vendetta]: "So glad to see you remember me," Kaiya smirked as she neared the cell, placing her hands around two bars.
"Flattery will get you nowhere...and I'll tell you my name if you behave like the good boy I need you to be to get you out of here." Kaiya pulled a pair of handcuffs out of the belt around her waist.
"I will put these on you and you will follow me out into a police cruiser I have outside." Opening the cell, Kaiya stepped in, smirked slowly at him, then pressed him up against the wall. She leaned in and said, "I'm putting the cuffs on now, Kyo. Try not to get too excited," She handcuffed his hands behind his back, then pulled him with her out of the cell. As she walked with him out of the hallway, she whispered, "Struggle a bit, give the Warden a parting show...He's about to kiss his career goodbye for letting someone remove his most dangerous prisoner so easily,"

2007-04-21 [Delirious_Angel]: Kyo smiled, "That I can do. . ." Kyo then flip her over his back as he takes off running through the hallways knocking over an officer on his way down.

2007-04-21 [Toxic Vendetta]: Smirking, Kaiya stripped her blue officer's uniform off, and strutted out a back exit. He had done exactly what she had wanted him to do.

"Good. Don't let the cops catch you, and get out of there,"
Kaiya laughed as she walked out on the street, pulling her newly acquired black trech coat closer about her form. "Do I ever get caught, Kurama? Don't insult me like that, pretty boy,"

2007-05-09 [FallenRain]: Aruko awakes in the hospital after the fight with Kyo. He is riddles with holes from the shots from Kyo's gun. Aruko cannot feel anything as he tries to move. Aruko faints after causing too much stress to his body.

2007-05-10 [Toxic Vendetta]: Kaiya raised her arms above her head, stretching languidly as she walked out of the police station. She nodded to an agent in a black sedan across the street, smirked as they drove off, then continued on down the dark sidewalk, her red bangs falling in front of her eyes.
She sighed in boredom, then widened her eyes as she saw a bonfire flaring in the depths of the forest across the street. Smirking, she crossed the street and began to near the loud group of people dancing and yelling around the bonfire. A mini-rave, she could tell, by the loud trance music and the many glowsticks spiraling in the darkness.

2007-05-15 [Delirious_Angel]: Kyo after being freed from an unknown assailant, smiled as he puts his plan in motion to overthrow the police organization and start an all out war in the streets between law enforcements and other syndicates/mafias.

"Never again will I allow this to happen." Kyo said with distaste as began calling various criminal organizations that would join him in his Coup of the city.

2007-05-17 [Toxic Vendetta]: Kaiya, now leaving the horrible attempt at a forest party, answered the ringing cellular at her hip.
"Kurama,"
"Kaiya, we've just gotten word. Our little escapee has begun his revolt against the fuzz."
"Has our organization gotten a call yet?"
"No, but get ready anyways. We're joining the party even if we dont get an invite."
With that, Kaiya shut her phone, smirking, and walked down the darkened sidewalk to her loft.

2007-05-25 [;;Melodrama Junkie]: Drops into view silently in front of Kyo having watched him from above for a few moments. "I believe you owe me payment..A rather late payment it would seem" She then smirks confidently and looks him over slowly.

2007-05-26 [Delirious_Angel]: Kyo looked at the newcomer, "And for what?" As Kyo put his hand on his desert eagle under his desk.

2007-05-26 [Toxic Vendetta]: Kaiya rounded the corner next to her loft, then widened her eyes when she saw the inferno that engulfed her entire building. Kurama was watching the fire, but turned when she screamed. He had to hold her back when she attempted to run toward her ruinede home. "My pictures!! Kurama, my family's pictures are in there!!! Let. Me. Go!"
"Kaiya, theyre gone." He had to jerk her back to get her to listen. "Theyre gone. I'm sure there's more pictures of your family floating around somewhere."
"No-" She shook her head, then fell to her knees, staring at the fire that was eating away at the last memories of her dead family she had left. A tear rolled down her cheek.

2007-05-26 [;;Melodrama Junkie]: Sana smiles "For my little job I did for you...I believe he was called the Cheif of Police?"

2007-05-26 [Delirious_Angel]: Kyo nodding, "As you know they have a new police chief. . . however you did my job flawlessly, here is your payment." Kyo picked up the phone and talked with someone on the other line, after a few minutes, he hung up. Just then a lady with a briefcase came walking in and sat the briefcase on the table. Kyo unlocked it, opened it, and turned it around revealing a bunch of $100 bills stacked neatly in the case. "I hope this will do, and if i need of you again i shall call. Now i must ask you to please leave me to my meddling of business." Kyo then turned his executive leather chair around revealing the back of the chair as Kyo looked at the city. 

2007-05-26 [;;Melodrama Junkie]: She picks up a few of the packs from the case and closes it turning it around to face him "He wasn't worth even so much as what I took." She turns and walks out the door putting her money in her jacket.

2007-05-27 [Toxic Vendetta]: Much later, Kaiya had managed to convince Kurama that she was fine. Her pride did not let her accept his offer of a place to stay for the night. So, she currently sat on a bench in the darkened park across the street from the pile of rubble that was once her apartment building, her knees pulled up beneath her chin. The lone street lamp above her flickered, but Kaiya's eyes remained on the old apartment building.

2007-05-27 [Delirious_Angel]: As evening began to fall, Kyo left his work and began the trek back home on foot, carrying his usual D.Eagle. Looking at the moon he sighed, he missed his friend.

2007-05-27 [;;Melodrama Junkie]: Sana dropped her money off at home and walks back outside walking around slowly and smirks as she sees Kaiya, "Sleeping rough? You ought to know better. Big bad people such as myself might come murder you"

2007-05-28 [Toxic Vendetta]: Kaiya blinks her eyes at Sana, then returns her eyes to the unseeing gaze straight ahead of her. "Too bad big bad people such as yourself have no effect on someone who carries more than one deadly weapon on her person. Now, if you do not mind, I'd like to be alone. Go threaten someone else."

2007-05-28 [;;Melodrama Junkie]: "Threaten? Who said I was threatening you..?" Smirks before turning and walking away. "Oh and you might want to stop mourning..Unless something more than pictures died in there"

Standing, Kaiya continued on through the forest, staying at the edge, keeping an eye out for some drunkard beating up on a woman. She needed to vent some steam.

"That's a favour....After a fashion Maybe you would have lived..But I doubt it now." She turns and walks out of the alley wiping her Sai cleans and spins it in her hand making it seem as though it had simply disappeared.

She was snapped out of her revere by the sound of someone walking behind her. Looking over her shoulder, she sees a man who seemed familiar walking down the sidewalk. Turning on her heel, she continued on in the rain, the leather of her suit remaining an excellent shield from the wetness, as she walked down the street to Kyo Masaki's most currently known residence.

2007-05-28 [FallenRain]: Aruko enters a bar and orders a tall glass and begins to drink the night away.

2007-06-01 [;;Melodrama Junkie]: Sana watches Aruko and walks into the same bar sitting at the end of it ordering a Red wine that she drinks slowly, while casually looking around her, smirking when she glances at Aruko thinking deeply. So..That is the new Chief of Police? Heh...

2007-06-01 [Toxic Vendetta]: Taking one more glance down at her gun, she narrowed her eyes, placed the gun back into the holster at her leather covered hip, then jumped to a landing on the outside of the building, climbing up to his office and jumping in through a sky light. Landing in a crouch, she looked around, standing up slowly.

2007-06-09 [FallenRain]: The bartender walks up to Sana and gives her a bottle of wine. "That sir over there.." points to Aruko "wanted me to give you this." Aruko just sits there sipping on his brandy looking off into space.

She carefully went down the large staircase to come into a large open area furnished with couches that faced a dwindling fire. Stepping around the couch, she stood in front of his crawling form, kicking his gun out of the way. "Ah ah ah, Kyo. I'm not here to harm that pretty face. I came to ask..." She paused, putting the safety on her gun and putting it back in her holster to show that she wasn't going to shoot him. She then offered him a leathered hand up. "If I could join in on the fun...I've had enough of the brown-nosing police as any no good criminal." She smiled.

2007-06-13 [Delirious_Angel]: A quizzical look came across Kyo's face. "Syndicate, mafia is too, ummmm, criminalish like. Anyones welcome in the take down however, i will not be held responsible for outcomes of your actions, i merely support by funding and providing help."

Kyo sat up, looking at his assailant.

Kyo then poured a glass of wine into a wine glass and offered here the glass as he poured himself some.

"Might i ask, why do you want to help me?"

2007-06-14 [Toxic Vendetta]: Kaiya smirked softly and raised her glass to Kyo. "To you. For not sending a bullet into my head the moment I broke into your humble home." She laughed softly.
Kaiya swished the wine in the glass slowly, waiting until Kyo had taken the first sip to take hers. Old habits die hard.
She closed her eyes to revel in the taste of the wine before answering.
"Let's call it a personal vendetta..." She offered him a coy smile before taking another sip. "..and leave it at that for now,"

2007-06-16 [FallenRain]: "Alot of things kill people nowadays, smoking is the least of my worries." Aruko takes a long puff, then flicks the cigerette into a puddle of water. "Now where shall i walk you to?" Aruko gets up and waits for an answer.
